A growing community is shaping a better platform

We’re currently experiencing a strong influx of new customers, and with them a steady stream of fresh ideas, feedback, and wishes. That energy has translated directly into the platform: several of the improvements below exist because customers asked for them.

Here’s a look at the most recent updates — and why they matter:

Multiple Teams — now at no extra cost

One of the most requested improvements is here. Users can now belong to multiple teams simultaneously and view a single consolidated plan across all of them.

The important part: this is still priced as a single member seat. There is no additional cost for being part of several teams at once.

For organizations where the same people contribute across different functions — for example a QC specialist supporting both Chemistry and Microbiology — this removes a long-standing friction point and makes cross-team work far easier to coordinate.

Free VIEW-ONLY members

Alongside multi-team support, we’ve introduced free view-only membership.

This means:

• Managers and leaders can oversee as many teams as they like — at no cost.
• Stakeholders from production, equipment, QC, and other adjacent functions can follow along without consuming a license.
• Broader organizational visibility becomes possible without inflating licensing spend.

For larger organizations, the cost savings compared to traditional per-seat models can be substantial — while transparency across the organization goes up, not down.

Full international language support

Plannertech now supports all major international languages, making global rollouts dramatically simpler. Whether teams are based in Copenhagen, Seoul, or São Paulo, users can work in the language they’re most comfortable in — without compromising on shared plans or data consistency.

A smarter Intelligent Assistant (IAP)

Our Intelligent Assistant has been upgraded across the board. The improvements deliver noticeably stronger performance in:

• Chemistry teams
• Raw Material teams
• Microbiology teams

…and across both Pharma and CDMO Pharma contexts. The assistant is faster, more accurate, and better at understanding the specific rhythms and requirements of each team type.

What’s next: new modules on the horizon

We’re also in the final stages of developing entirely new modules for Plannertech — modules that open up capabilities we simply haven’t been able to offer before. We’re not ready to reveal the full picture yet, but existing customers will be the first to hear more, and we’ll be inviting selected partners to help shape them through early access.
