For a global IT-service company with strong presense in the Nordics – we are looking for a Customer Manager to an major international Bank.
The primary area for the Customer Manager is Payments and Cards, but also the areas of Lending, Deposits and Financing are in scope.
The position covers 2 major responsibilities:  Add-on sales within the scope
  • Overall delivery and profitability responsibility of the delivery portfolio within the scope

In more detail the responsibilities include:

  • Creation of project/service directives together with Business Line counterparts
  • Customer relationship development and contact management
  • Creation and execution of the account plan for the assigned scope
  • Ownership of the sales pipeline and delivery portfolio, and management of the virtual team of Business Line sales and Business Line deliveries
  • Customer contracts, ensuring timely collection of revenues, and minimizing revenue leakage
  • Producing the business forecast

Together with the Business Lines, the Customer Manager will:

  • Identify additional opportunities to drive the full offerings to the customers
  • Manage a lean interface towards the customer together with the Business Line counterparts in the deliveryportfolio
  • Align action plans with business plans of Business Line counterparts
  • Mobilize the Business Lines for customer sales and fulfillment

You will be measured by the following targets:

  • Net Sales
  • Total Contract Value
  • EBIT
  • Customer Satisfaction

In addition to coordinating and planning the work of the virtual team, you are also expected to execute sales and close deals yourself. Therefore we expect you to have:

  • Proven track-record in sales
  • Strong business management capability
  • Understanding of Financial Services industry processes especially around Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments and/or Cash Management either as a banker, consultant or IT supplier
  • Understanding of an overall IT-Services offering portfolio
  •  University degree/Business School or equivalent
  • Execution capability
  • Leadership skills
  • International communication and influencing capability
  • Multicultural collaboration
  • Capability to travel primarily within Nordics
  • High level of energy and strong drive
