About the job
We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer with a background within Quality and with an eye for details in quality documentation for Change Team, Operations. You will have an influence on the projects and processes, which you will be a part of from the start of the project to implementation, and you will get a broad touch base with stakeholders in the entire organization.

The Change Team consists of 12 colleagues with different professional backgrounds. The primary tasks in the Change Team consist of implementing and qualifying changes in the production. All work is in tight collaboration with other departments and the production unit in Denmark and in Mexico. The Change Teamwork with the Scrum tool on a daily basis and entails both their projects managed by the Change Team in Denmark and the project team in Mexico. You will refer to Head of Change & Artwork & Labeling. Some travel days will occur.
Primary areas of responsibilities:
- Review and assessment of project documentation
- Risk assessment in regards to projects
- Preparation of quality plans
- Compliance with regulations and standards
- Design Control documentation
How to achieve success in the role
You are a person who possesses the ability to see opportunities and who can work on many different projects at the same time. You are open and good at collaborating across the organization. You are structured in your work and have an insight into the work as a Product Quality Engineer.
We expect that you are a team player and that you can work independently and grab the opportunity to put your footprint on the work. You find it easy to build relations and thrives when communicating with your team and colleagues on all levels in the organization, in an informal culture with a great degree of freedom. You are able to give constructive feedback as well as in-depth guidance. You are pro-active and used to working on projects, systematic, and have an eye for quality and details, as well as solution-orientated and flexible.
You have great language skills within English, both oral and written.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience from a quality organization, possibly with a relevant technical background, like an engineer or alike.
- Experience within either Medical Devices, Medico- or the Pharma industry.
- Experience with standards and regulations within Medical Devices.
